Sadhbhavana has a unique curriculum system called the Y-Format. It has an international early year curriculum called “Whystles” as the base, then a curriculum mapped to suit Indian as well as international curricula for its primary program called IPP (Integrated Primary Program) and finally after grade 7 the curriculum branches into CBSE and Cambridge, giving children opportunity to choose the branch they want to pursue.

Whystles

In order to achieve overall growth and development of the child, Curriculum focuses on 6 major domains in the early years development, providing equal weightage to each of them. This includes: Language and literacy, Critical thinking and problem solving, Knowledge and Understanding, Physical and motor, Social and emotional & Art, music and design. The development of each and every child is monitored continuously based on each of these domains ensuring the child is met with the age wise developmental milestones. Curriculum ensures to meet the requirements of the children facing the developmental delay through specially designed activities incorporated throughout the content areas.

Integrated Primary Program

Sadhbhavana offers a well-mapped curriculum called IPP (Integrated Primary Program) at the primary level. This is an integrated curriculum that allows children to pursue learning in a holistic way, without the restrictions often imposed by subject boundaries. Sadhbhavana makes certain that the integrated primary program falls in line with assessment procedures of both the Cambridge and CBSE Board. Students are also introduced with life skills, seminars, mind maps, circle time, field trips, student-led conferences, coffee mornings, role plays, debates, discussions, brainstorming sessions and community outreach programs which help in the overall development of the child.

To facilitate progression pathways for children who wish to make a choice at grade 8, IPP empowers students as they have already been through the basic protocols that are mandated by any globally recognized curriculum.
