Renjith Kumar-Cambridge Coordinator
Renjith, being a dedicated and resourceful educator, believes that teaching isn’t just a job like any other profession. It is more about moulding an individual and, thereby, a society. Renjith completed his MSc. (Physics) from MG University, MCA from Bharathiar University, BEd from Bangalore University and PGDCA from IHRDE. He has over 20 years of experience in teaching, of which the last 12 years were purely in the Cambridge Curriculum. He has worked with various reputed organizations in Kerala and Bangalore. He was also a part of the steering committee in the Key Stage Programmes of the Maldivian National Education Council during his tenure with the Ministry of Education, Republic of Maldives.

Lakshmi.V.G (Assistant Coordinator, Cambridge)
Lakshmi.V.G is a B.Tech graduate in Electronics & Instrumentation from Sastra University, Tanjavur with work experience in IBM India; Bangalore. She has always dreamt of inspiring others to overcome their fears and difficulties; motivating them to pursue their journey of seeking knowledge in an enjoyable manner. With a passion for arts and literature, she opens the door not only to academics but to the creative world too. She believes academics is not just confined to books but is a platform to find your strength, build a dream and work towards making it a reality.

Ranjitha
Ranjitha is a Post graduate in Zoology and holds B.Ed. and qualified SET. She believes that
teaching is not a profession for her but it’s something linked to her soul. She always loves
learning new things and She believe only a good learner can become a good teacher.

Sree Priya. C
Sree Priya was attracted to the teaching profession when she was doing her graduation/post graduation. She used to observe the way her teachers handled various subjects, which inspired her a lot to choose a career in the education field. While doing B.Ed & M.Ed courses, she was much impressed by the various techniques employed in the teaching field and knew there is a large scope for developing new ideas in this area. Sree Priya holds B.COM, M.COM, B.Ed, M.Ed, SET Qualified, NET Qualified.

Ms. Aswani
Have completed M.Sc Zoology from St. Joseph’s College, Devagiri and B. Ed from Providence Women’s College. Aswani has cleared the SET examination before embarking the teaching career. She has been working as a science faculty in BenchMark International School prior to joining Sadhbhavana. She strongly believes that teaching is not confined to the four walls of the classroom and learning is the overall development of the child.

Madhavi R.
Madhavi choose Hindi teaching as passion because she wants to make Hindi learning more
accessible among students. She holds an MA and B. Ed in Hindi and M. Phil – Dakshin Bharat

Abhiram Mohan
Being a son of an Indian diplomat Abhiram Mohan did most of his schooling abroad in
countries such as the United States, Colombia, Australia and Turkmenistan acquiring
immense exposure to the world. While in the United States he was awarded the
‘Outstanding Academic Excellence Award’ by the US President George W. Bush. He finished
his schooling in Bogota, Colombia completing the IB Diploma programme there. He returned
back to India to do his Bachelors and Masters in Economics. His love for education then drew
him to the teaching field.

Aira Ashok
Airais a passionate teacher who acknowledges the uniqueness, individuality, and specific needs of each student and provides guidance and encouragement to them to realize their full potential. She started her journey as a teacher in the year 2003 after securing her M.Com and B.Ed. in Commerce and S.E.T. Having experience as a Commerce teacher in various schools (IGCSE and CBSE) in the UAE and India, she believes that education has a vital role in the all-round development of a child. She thoroughly enjoys every second she spends with her students.

Albin George
Albin George is a postgraduate in Political Science and has been in the teaching profession for over 8 years, both in India and Oman. Being a passionate Social Science teacher, he endeavours to make the study of Humanities subjects relevant in the current era by inculcating teaching methods that connect the classroom experience with life outside the classroom. Apart from teaching Social Science, he is also an IELTS trainer, mentor, and faculty at Shanker’s Academy for Civil Services and an NLP practitioner. “English Grammar”, “Indian That is Bharath”, and “Future Literacy” are books authored by him.

Jithin Varghese
Jithin has been in education since 2001 and was a teacher of English and Head of the Year for 5 consecutive years in California, USA, before moving to South Vietnam where he was the CIS Head Coordinator and Head of the English Department. As well as managing the school’s A Level English Literature provision, Jithin led whole-school projects to celebrate reading and literature. Driven by his love of literature, Jithin is passionate about enriching student learning through theatre visits. He has also taught in Thailand, Cambodia, and Singapore, although he is originally from India. He is very passionate about education and literature and enjoys working inside and outside the classroom. He has held various positions as Head of English Department, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and Chief English Coordinator of 13 branches in Hochiminh City, Vietnam, and is currently pursuing his educational interests through a Master’s in Education in India. In the classroom, he likes to encourage students to be curious about their world and their surroundings, inspire them to ask questions to further their understanding, and cultivate the view that literature offers a wonderful opportunity to access places and mindsets we might not otherwise engage with. Similarly, he enjoys promoting students’ exploration of language as a tool through which they can express ideas and feelings. He has also been dedicated to involving students in co-curricular activities, which often stem from his own love of theatre, acting, giving motivational speeches, and extra-curricular activities.
Jithin has American TESOL, a US Government Accredited TESOL Specialization in Teaching adults, teens, and young learners; an International English Teacher License, California, USA; and a Master of Arts in Sociology.
